All syrup grades are the same density and contain the same amount of sugar. Grades are determined by color, and each has distinct characteristics. We can throughout the year and purposely keep our stock low to ensure freshness. If you don’t see a grade available, please check back or give us a call to see when it will become available (802-879-5726).

• Golden With Delicate Taste – Delicate and delicious early season syrup
• Amber With Rich Taste – Classic maple flavor great all purpose syrup
• Dark With Robust Taste – Old grade B syrup with strong flavors
• Very Dark With Strong Taste – Very strong flavor, old commercial grade
