Crafted on our family farm in Vermont and certified organic, our maple syrup is available in four classic grades. All grades have the same natural sugar content; the difference is flavor intensity and color which is influenced by time of harvest during the season.
Grade A Golden Delicate
Early season syrup, subtle and sweet
Grade A Amber Rich
Smooth, well-balanced maple flavor.
Grade A Dark Robust
Deep, bold maple character with caramelized notes. This grade is primarily sold to our bulk buyer and is not retail.
Grade A Very Dark Robust
End of the season syrup. This grade is primarily sold to bulk buyers.
Our syrup is packaged in cans because they are fully recyclable, easier to ship, and maintain a fresher product.
