Making maple syrup is a perfect blend of science and art. Our hillside 85 acres of mixed northern hardwoods, with a predominance of sugar maple, provides the perfect setting for our 3100 tap sugar operation. We manage these woods to create traditions for us now and for future generations. My kids will someday walk our woods with their kids and see that the land then is just as beautiful and productive as it is today. Each gallon of syrup we produce is made using sound ecological practices.
