We follow the stringent Vermont guidelines for syrup density and grade. To ensure quality, we keep our shelf-stock low and pack fresh for our customers in small containers. If you don’t see a grade available, please check back or give us a call to see when it will become available (802-879-5726).

*NOTE: To keep shipping costs low, our products are grouped to optimize USPS flat rate costs. We are also happy to fulfill orders of different quantities and to mix and match to consolidate shipping costs - please call or email for prices. If you'd like to save on shipping cost we offer local pickup at our farm in Vermont.
