Grade A Golden Delicate
Early season syrup, subtle and sweet
Grade A Amber Rich
Smooth, well-balanced maple flavor.
Grade A Dark Robust
Deep, bold maple character with caramelized notes.
Grade A Very Dark Robust
End of the season syrup. This grade is primarily sold to bulk buyers.
Our syrup is packaged in cans because they are fully recyclable, easier to ship, and maintain a fresher product.

We’re a small producer and open one barrel at a time for freshness. If your selected grade is unavailable, we will ship the closest available grade.
We follow Vermont’s strict standards for syrup density and grade. To ensure freshness, we keep limited inventory and package syrup in small batches. If a grade is unavailable, please check back or contact us at 802-879-5726.
